We were staying locally and came here for a meal. Offer bar food or restaurant, and elected to go in the restaurant - dearer but much better menu! Also bar was empty, so no atmosphere. Meal was excellent, and staff very friendly and welcoming.

Are you able to accommodate guests with mobility difficulties? We re looking for a small hotel for our extended family to celebrate my fathers 80th birthday and your hotel looks lovely, but he cannot manage stairs ( he walks with a Zimmer and would need a ground floor room or one accessible via a lift). Also, would the public areas and garden be accessible for him? Many thanks
