It is advertised as a 3 star hotel and that is what you get. The cafe / dining area is a little unusual and the food is basic. Staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were again basic but very clean. Would definitely recommend this hotel but just remember it is a three star.

We stayed here for the night and really enjoyed it. Hotel very basic but the staff are amazing and very friendly. One in particular called elliot was so accommodating and helpful. He made us feel at home and we had a great laugh. He makes this place what it is! Excellent stay thanks to him! Thankyou. Laura and Darren

Staff friendly and very helpful. They even dried my clothes when I got soaking wet. Not the ideal location but alright. Probably the first hotel as you arrive on Portland. Short walk to buses if not driving, good bus service.

The room where breakfast was served looked like a builders cafe so decided not to eat breakfast there. The room was very basic but clean. The bathroom looked...
