Wonderful site, with numerous nice touches like fire baskets/logs,beautiful nicely stocked lakes to fish. Shower/WC's clean and well equipped. The resident piglets love having their bellies rubbed. I think what really made the site for us was the refreshing happy nature of the owners, where nothing was too much touble. Right up there with my favourite sites. Well done, we...

Have just got back from a weekend at Riverside Lakes. What a fantastic find, even though we had to set up in the rain, it didn't dampen our enthusiasm for the wonderful weekend we had. The pitch was spacious and non regimented (we were in our caravan) the owners lovely, even offered to run us up to the local pub,...

The customer service here is just amazing. The camp site is beautiful and it all feels so personal. They don't pack you in like sardines. Farm animals are adorable. Facilities are clean and very good. Hosts are very friendly and ensure your stay is perfect.

If you've ever fancied owning a big, back garden but don't live in the countryside this is the next best thing. The entire process is delightful and/or easy: the booking process, the reception welcome, offloading gear... Facilities are clean, showers hot, location is easy to get to, not far off the M3, near to many other fab attractions. Take a...

I almost don't want to review this campsite, I want to keep it all to myself! Luckily, the way the pitches are set up it doesn't feel at all crowded even when fully booked. The facilities are just enough to make it a comfortable stay (warm showers, fridges/freezers) whilst still allowing it to feel like "real" camping. Only a few...

A small group of us (2 couples) stayed overnight at the Riverside Lakes making use of one of the little islands and two bell-tents. Service was very good from the moment we got there, friendly staff happy to help. Nothing seemed to be too much or at least nothing they hadn't be asked before. Grounds were very well kept, clean...

Six of us go camping once a year in August to see the shooting stars. This year my daughter want to go to the new forest but we like to have a fire so my partner found this camp site which is very close to the forest. All the other camp site we have been to are lines of tents...

Amazing place. We have been two years running with our two boys, aged 7 and 9. Can highly recommend for families. The braziers are a fantastic addition and having meadows in between the pitches means it feels much more private and there is so much space. I love the fact that the owners bring round glow sticks for the kids...

Had a lovely stay here. Lots of extra touches that make the stay just perfect. Very family orientated. Will definitely come back and would recommend to others. Ideally placed for exploring the south coast.

We spent 2 nights in the hideaway soulpad - it was fantastic! Great location, tucked away and right opposite the lake which suited my husband perfectly as he wanted to fish. The owners are absolutely lovely and provide you with a flask of boiling water to keep you going until you get your fire going ready to cook! They also...
