Visited The Adair Arms Hotel yesterday with a friend who was treating me to lunch as a 'pre-birthday' surprise. Lots of choice on the menu. Portions were generous. Food was delicious and very reasonably priced. Staff were very friendly. Very enjoyable experience....as usual!

Well run, conveniently located hotel in Ballymena. The room was well appointed & comfortable & the staff were very friendly & welcoming. Some of the rooms & most of the public areas have been recently decorated. Our room was very quiet, located towards the back of the hotel. There's a lift & a nighttime porter too. Large Irish breakfast available...

Returned here very recently and had excellent service from staff members Stella, Mabel, Kris and Wendy along with other staff members I never caught the name's of. Food here was delicious and the cleanliness was still perfectly up to scratch. Happy I had a more positive visit even though the one prior wasn't all that negative.

Three generations enjoyed Sunday lunch. A Sunday lunch menu was chosen by all and the usual meat options were available. I enquired about the gluten free options and was told all meals would be modified to suit. Roast beef, chicken, pork and fish were chosen for the adults and the children all chose the popcorn chicken. Portion sizes were good...

Stayed overnight - staff were friendly; I had a comfortable room, clean, with a reasonably bed. Just seemed a bit basic, would have liked a shower as for example. It seems a pity that what is outwardly an interesting building had rooms that could have been in any modern hotel - would have been good for rooms to have had...

Had lunch here, burger and chips really tasty and nice homemade chips, my mother had honey chilli chicken strips and chips! All very good indeed. Followed by pavlova and coffees really beautiful! The menu was very good, lovely staff, pleasant decor/surroundings, well priced and the hotel was lovely and warm! Which was appreciated on a freezing, cold, wet day! Would...

Stayed one night at the end of December. Located centrally. The room was clean and reasonably sized with a comfortable bed. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was great. The hotel does, however, feel a bit dated and in need of refurbishment. Nonetheless, would recommend if staying in Ballymena!
