The location is at the edge of the small village, the host were helpful and pleasant. I have problems with steps due to an accident in 2015. We were put in the top floor attic. I would not recommend if you have problems with many, many steps. The parking is very tight.

Thank you for your comments We are obviously disappointed that you were not happy with your stay in August and we can only apologise for this. We agree we have a number of stairs to the 2nd floor (not the attic) but it would never be our intention to put you there if we had known of your accident. Perhaps...

A very comfortable room with public lounge area. Across from a golf course. You can walk to the downtown area, water or stroll to the next town over if you don't care to drive. Parking is a premium so people park in front of each other but everyone is aware that they may need to move their car for someone...

We had a comfortable room, and enjoyed excellent breakfasts. This is a good location for visiting scenic fishing villages and has easy access to St. Andrews. Christine was a perfect hostess and made us feel right at home. We plan to return.

We enjoyed all of the facilities from Captains Room to Lounge and Dining Room. The welcome and positive service received from owners and staff was exceptional. Evening meal was first class. We would have no hesitation in recommending The Spindrift to our family members and best friends.

I stayed at The Spindrift in July, I was given the room know as the captain's cabin right at the top of the property. On this trip I was on my own so was on a single occupancy for which there is a rate which is standard. Room was small but enough for me and the en-suite very nice. I...

We had a truly wonderful stay at the Spindrift guest house in Anstruther! What a beautiful room, with a great sea view and every detail attended to. It's the little things that make the difference: the complimentary hand-made shortbread, Pittenweem Chocolate and lovely toiletries. Spare blankets and hot water bottles were also provided. We had the comfiest bed and our...

Beautiful House decorated with tiny artificials - every room is unique !! View from the Captain s cabin is amazing!! Close to centre - any Restaurant can be reached by a walk ;) The car park is a bit small but managable. Breakfast is delicious - just choose from the menu. Highly recommended accomodation!!

'Where to begin.......' From the very warm welcome on arrival, right through to departure, mine hosts, Ken and Christine have thought of everything any visitor to 'The Spindrift' might require to enhance your stay in their delightful home. This was lovely from start to finish and our reason for staying was a pre booked visit to a local fine dining...

We enjoyed a fantastic 2 night family (myself, wife and 5 year old daughter) break at the Spindrift - the breakfast was excellent and set us up for the day for our travels in the wonderful East Neuk of Fife. Room was excellent with all we needed, we stayed at the Spindrift 10 years prior with an 83 year old...
