In some ways I feel I probably shouldn't provide a glowing review for the amazing, comfortable, secluded lodges with hot tubs at Balmeadowside because they are sooooooo goooooooood I should actually keep this a secret! I think the solid luxury website is a bit clunky, without the bells and whistles of some holiday operators, and doesn't fully reflect the quality...

Just returned from a 3 night break. Lodges are kept immaculate. Stayed in tawny lodge which was excellent and had great views over the surrounding countryside. Lodge had everything you could need to enjoy your stay. Another nice touch was the blanket and chew for our pup which was there on arrival. Plenty of walks for you to explore before...

Spent 3 nights here at the end of January this year it was a lovely stay very relaxing. Great location as it was quiet and had lovely views but also not far from local village. Hot tub was definitely a highlight and as it was such a clear night in the countryside we were able to get a great view...

i Have been to the cherry blossom cottage three times now with my partner and we absolutely love it. Each time the staff have been very helpful if we needed anything and the cottage is amazing. There was construction that overlapped their schedule the second time we stayed and they offered to rebook us or half price off due to...

Good sized rooms and standard of facilities/ plenty to occupy all with lovely walks around area. Views lovely and feeling of 'being away from it all' but at the same time not far by car from several local towns villages. Definitely recommend.

This was our 3rd time of staying at Balmeadowside, and once again it did not disappoint. Amazing Views, fantastic accommodation, clean, spacious and well equipped (we even managed to cook Xmas Dinner for 8). A nice peaceful location, on a Scottish hillside with great views, great walks and very dog friendly. Although with Storm Barbara we didn't manage to use...

This was our second stay, we previously stayed at Easter in Copper Beech lodge and thoroughly enjoyed it then too. This time we stayed in Tawny which was even better having a bit more space. Can't fault anything as everything is designed to be relaxing from the big comfortable bed, reclining sofa and chairs to the well equipped kitchen. Hot...

Stayed in Maple Cottage and the views from the hot tub were superb. Really well kitted out cottage and finished to a high standard. Onsite staff super helpful when we asked for salt for the patio, we had it within the hour. If you're looking for a secluded getaway this place really is worth a look

Had a fabulous pre-xmas break here with a group of girl friends. We had a great time. Lodge was stunning and the hot tub was a great bonus. Very discrete staff and lodges very private. Would certainly come back.
