We stayed here for one night, in a superior room, and it was really lovely. We had superb views out of the Holy Isle, and a fantastic dinner made from local ingredients. The staff couldn't do enough for us - especially for our little boy who had the best time playing dominos and playing in the snug by the fire.... More

This hotel is well worth a visit. Great location, very well furnished and comfortable rooms, stylish sitting area and tasty food. Only one problem is the constant repeat in the lounge and restaurant of insipid lift music, to the extent that we could stand it no longer. Will definitely visit again if they can vary the music!

This was an unexpected delight. The hotel is warm, friendly with an outstanding attention to detail. The food was fantastic and the staff were extremely helpful, always available but never intrusive. The bar area and the residents lounge both had wonderful log fires which were more than welcome after a long walk in November weather in Arran! We loved it... More

We stayed at this fab hotel for two nights. We got a great last minute deal for one of the cozy double rooms. The room was small but had everything you might need. Tea/coffee making facilities excellent with more than enough supplies. Bath robes in all rooms, lovely Arran Aromatic toiletries supplied. Fluffy face cloths and towels. Breakfast was second... We were lucky enough to stay in the Glenisle's premier suite which was very comfortable indeed. The windows allowed an excellent view of the sunrise over nearby Holy Isle. The large free standing bath a seperate shower were appreciated and the bed was comfortable. We ate breakfast and dinner in the hotel both were served to a high standard. The... More
