I stayed for 3 days. It was a monumental experience. The owner Timothy, the staff (especially Hillary) were amazing to make me feel good. They thought my comfortable and desired mood than themselves. I highly recommend the hotel if you plan to visit Arran. This place such a top-notch!!

Lovely friendly welcome. Room was cosy and warm, with a choice of pillows and Arran Aromatics toiletries in the beautiful bathroom. Our meals were superbly cooked and presented and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Open fires, great library of books, if the weather let's you down, what could be more perfect? Special touch was the birthday cake.

This was one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in. As soon as we arrived I felt completely peaceful and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was great! The two lounges have fireplaces and interesting books to read! The staff were helpful, thoughtful, and enthusiastic! This was a short winter break for us and I can't recommend it to... More

We stayed at the Glenisle hotel over the Christmas period for two nights and had a fantastic time! The trip to Arran was a birthday present from my boyfriend so he booked the suite, which I highly recommend; beautiful views, spacious and cosy. My favourite part of the hotel was the bar area with their wide selection of gins and... More
