My wife and I stayed at Cluny Bank Hotel overnight as a little treat to ourselves while the kids were staying with their Grandparents and thoroughly enjoyed it. Lloyd and Julia were amazing hosts and we were properly looked after. Dinner was fantastic (even with a couple of other guests that didn't know how to use their 'inside voices') and...

We recently took a family trip around Scotland, and decided to include a visit to Forres so we could experience a Highland Games... Are we ever glad we chose to stay at Cluny Bank Hotel! Julie and Lloyd were absolutely fantastic, making our family feel welcome. The rooms were beautifully decorated and comfortable, the property clean and well kept, and...

I stayed here on business and can say I would return for personal break. The food is its most outstanding feature with Michelin starred quality at incredibly reasonable prices. The service is also outstanding. The couple who own the hotel are extremely inviting and can cheer you up after a rough day. There is a superb range of drinks and...

Cluny bank is a wonderful traditional Scottish hotel in a great location. The room was beautifully decorated ,large and had a great view. The hosts,Lloyd and Julie were so welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. There is no beating the standard of cuisine in the restaurant-Lloyd is a chef and prepared great meals with all local ingredients and his happy friendly manner...

Stayed for two nights whilst on business but was treated like a long lost friend. The food is amazing with Lloyd (Chef Patron) willing to cook whatever you want and sources all his ingredients locally. Fish dishes are amazing, service impeccable, rooms comfortable and light. All in all a great place to stay, I will return soon.

My brother and I booked this hotel as a birthday / retirement weekend away for our Dad. We had a great time and the food in the restaurant was exceptional. Julia and Lloyd, who own the hotel, were extremely welcoming and made us feel like long-lost relatives rather than guests. It seems they concentrated on what mattered: the food, service,...

I stayed here on business recently and was so impressed with the quality of service and standards. The big hotel groups should look at this place and hang their heads in shame. The facilities were second to none. I will be back on a private visit with my partner and the dog too. Lloyd and Julia are to be commended.

My wife and I stayed here in May 2013 for 2 nights. I had booked it based on the reputation of the restaurant and was not disappointed when we dined there on our second night, absolute perfection, one of the best meals we have had for some time and we are already looking forward to our next visit. Our room...
