One of the best experiences I've had when it comes to B&Bs... Very clean, very good breakfast (best black pudding ever!) and best of all, the loveliest, warmest host you could ever hope for! Felt great there, shall return without doubt! Thank you very much!

Our group of 7 people stayed in Largs for three days, over Easter and we enjoyed every minute of it! Although we were not lucky with the weather, the guest house compensated for everything: it is warm, welcoming, the breakfast was great and our host was an amazing, lovely lady! She tolerated out late breakfasts, helped us out with umbrellas...

Had a visit home to visit family and this is the second time I have stayed at this B&B, from start to finish they make you feel very welcome and are willing to help you no matter what, rooms are very clean and well appointed, breakfast is the most important meal of the day and you wont go hungry here,...

We were placed in Tigh-An-Struan by a neighbouring host because of workmen overstaying their welcome at the place we'd booked to stay. We were delighted to find ourselves staying in this very comfortable guest house and Pica is gorgeous! So friendly and generous with her hospitality. We had a super time, thank you so much. We hope to visit again.

A group of 5 of us came for a scuba diving long weekend, we had 4 rooms and stayed for 4 nights. Pica was great and looked after us extremely well, breakfasts were tasty and varied and timings were flexible to suit our needs. The TV lounge was a bonus for those who needed to watch the England/Wales match! The...

We have stayed at the Tigh-An-Struan a couple of times now and would not hesitate to stay again. Pica is the most friendly host, who always has a warm welcome. The room we stayed in this time was again excellent and comfortable. But the breakfasts are the best!! Everything was just perfect. And we had a great chat with one...

We were on a family history trip and Lesley was very welcoming and helpful. There was plenty of local information available to get us started. The room was cosy and light. The breakfasts were huge and we stayed an extra night. It was handy to the train station, the waterfront and McCabes pub for good meals and atmosphere.

Location of this guest house is very comfortable, near train station, near sea, many shops, near supermarket. I was feeling safe and comfortable. Will come back again...

My family came over from Canada and myself came up from Bedfordshire to attend some family buisness and stayed here. Pica was so lovely and friendly, she made our stay like home from home. I would highly recommend staying here, the breakfast was delicious and always served with a beautiful smile, Pica couldn't do enough for us.
