We stayed over New Years and found the hosts Nigel and Stella very accommodating, friendly and organised. It was brilliant to be able to take our dog who was welcomed with her own pack of doggy treats. I would definitely recommend this B&B to others and I would book in here again in the future. Also, the full breakfast is...

Koren, Thank you for your lovely review, so pleased you and your friends enjoyed your Hogmanay break in Crieff. Murphy & Bailey always like to meet new doggie pals and they enjoyed meeting Tia! Thank you for your recommendation and look forward to welcoming you back in the future. Nigel & Stella

We occupied 4 rooms while in Crieff for a family celebration. Galvelbeg offered all we could need, from off road parking, friendly and helpful hosts, comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast (black pudding hmm), and even gorgeous canines laid on for a dog loving family! Highly recommend Galvelbeg.

Jane, Many thanks for your great review, we are really pleased your family enjoyed their stay with us! Murphy & Bailey always enjoy meeting dog-lovers and getting loads of attention! I have passed on your comment about the black pudding to our local butcher (David Comrie & Son) - it is very tasty, along with their Haggis & Sausages!! Nigel...

I received a hearty welcome on arrival, my room was spacious was an ensuite shower, although the toilet was down the corridor, not an inconvenience in my eyes. The breakfast had a wide choice from full Scottish breakfast to other lighter choices. The owners were very hospitable and could not do enough for you, so much so that I have...

Bill, Many thanks for your review, we look forward to your return visit at the end of the month. Room 3 is quite a good budget option, being slightly cheaper than the fully ensuite rooms and like you say the private WC just across the landing is not that much of an inconvenience. You do get the benefit of a...

This was, possibly, our favorite lodging during our 3 week expedition. We stayed in the family room, which was bright, roomy, and had a beautiful view. Easy to find (along the main road), yet quiet. think the worse thing was the chickens, as they eyed us suspiciously after breakfast... It was an easy walk into and throughout the town (be...

Jim, Julia, & Vivian, Many thanks for your great review, so good to hear that we were possibly your best stay during your tour of Scotland. Sorry to hear about the chickens.... they just expect anyone who is going near them to come bearing gifts of food!!! They haven't harmed a single guest - yet!! Yes we are ideally situated...

As usual I was made very welcome, the breakfast was better than another B&B in Crieff. My family live nearby and this was my 6th visit, I wouldn't stay anywhere else. Crieff is a lovely place to tour Scotland.

We have stayed at Galvelbeg House for B&B on several occasions and always enjoyed the experience. Well situated with plentiful parking, its rooms are clean and comfortable, although the en suite facilities (which four of the five rooms have) are probably best described as 'compact'. Breakfasts are top quality, with excellent fresh fruit salad in addition to the cooked selection....

David & Sue, Many thanks for your review, its so nice for us when we get guests returning time after time. Glad to hear that we are "hitting the spot" with the breakfasts and home-baking! I do agree that our en-suite facilities are "compact", however they do have everything you need. Nigel & Stella

We were visiting family locally but there was no spare room available for us so we needed a good b&b in Crieff. This was our second stay at Galvelbeg House within a year and we knew we could rely on our hosts to make us a comfortable as possible. Our trip wasn't for pleasure as we were assisting in decorating...

Short break in Crieff with our flat coated retriever. Unfortunately he wasn't in great health but made the most of our stay in this comfortable apartment and enjoyed both the short walks round the property, visiting Crieff, Aberfeldy and Dunkeld.

Marlynn, Thank you for your review, it was a shame you had to cut your visit short, hopefully Tarn is feeling better now. As you say we have plenty of good walks just in Crieff with plenty more further afield. Nigel & Stella

Clean, comfortable and with welcoming hosts. Excellent breakfast, and Stella's baking is very good. Good location on the main road into Creiff, with handy back-garden parking facilities. It was a very welcome resting spot on a long journey south.

I was in late and out early, so all I can really say is that the hosts were friendly, the room clean, and the breakfast very good. Location is convenient for restaurants and the town centre -- five minute walk. Extremely comfortable bed in the room that I had.
