Lovely hotel. Loved the Whiskey bar and comfy leather chairs to relax on and drink your whiskey. The tartan carpets were awesome. Very old building but I really enjoyed my stay here. The beds are comfy and I slept well.

I Just want to add that today, 8 months after this all happened, I received an apology from a lovely staff member, Irene, and the payment refunded. I thought this was a really nice gesture after so long.
