Third time staying at Highland Club and this time we booked one of the courtyard cottages (Bruach). The cottage was beautifully decorated and had the bonus of a log burner in the lounge area. I was disappointed when I received an email the week before to let me know about the fire in the steam room and sauna but the...

All I can say is WOW! We have stopped in the apartment called the Boys Dorm. The views are amazing over the loch. The room is amazing even down to all the things you need to start your stay like local biscuits, tea, coffee, wine etc. All I can say is if your this way it's well worth the money....

Swimming pool now closed due to a fire in the sauna last week. We were not told of the problem until we arrived here on Saturday. Agent claimed they had emailed us but don't believe they did. Not happy at all as we would have rebooked elsewhere if we had been phoned about the lack of facilities.

We had a wonderful stay in highland club room 13 Talisker. We were greeted with a tour around the converted monastery and shown most of the facilities it offered . Our apartment for the week was fitted out beautifully with all we could need. Our stay was comfortable and relaxing. The bed was extremely comfortable. The facilities in the club...

This apartment was better than we hoped for, stunning dual aspect views of Loch Ness and mountains. Fully equipped and beautifully decorated. The apartment is situated in extensive grounds on the shores of Loch Ness, there is plenty to do on site including tennis, football and snooker and the village is only a few minutes walk away.

We visited here last week and I must say we had a wonderful week staying in the historic Abbey. We stayed in Old School 10, and it was exactly as advertised, super. Clean, spacious and comfortable. Great fun wandering around the Abbey and grounds taking endless photographs of this beautiful historic building. The pool which has been built in the...

We spent 4 nights in the 2 bedroom Sacristy. Beautifully equipped and furnished with one en-suite. When the worst thing you can say about the modern kitchen is that you couldn't get the coffee maker to work, you know it was pretty good. The Abbey is well renovated and the grounds lovely, tennis courts and a small indoor pool are...

We stayed in Old School 12 apartment ('The Caledonian'), which was on the top floor. This meant a couple of the rooms had lovely heritage features like stone arched windows and wooden beams but also required climbing three flights of stairs with our bags (no lift). Overall the 3-bed apartment was reasonable value but it needs some updating, including a...

We stayed at 13 Old School during the Loch Ness Marathon. Beautiful apartment with high ceilings, great architecture and spa facilities. The grounds were fantastic and great shots can be taken at the end of the Loch. The Boathouse Restaurant is absolutely fantastic and well worth a visit. Very tranquil experience.
