Fantastic hosts & fantastic place. Really enjoyed our 4 day stay. Ray & Ian are both extremely helpful. Both rooms have all the amenities along with ensuite bathrooms. There is a lovely living room for guests with 5 recycling sofas/chairs. Walking distance to downtown Tain.

We had the double room. Lovely and spacious both in the room and en suite. Ian & Ray serve lovely breakfast with a good choice of locally produced food. House is always warm - we stayed in August and our previous stay was September/October

What a fantastic property. superb quality, extremely comfortable with every thing provided to make our stay so good, it is just a pity it was only for 1 night. The breakfast was delicious and the hosts Ray and Ian were so friendly. It was amazing that when we booked we did not realise that we had been guests of Ray...

Very warm welcome from Mr and Mrs Ross. Bedrooms very comfortable and bathrooms light and large. (We have stayed in both rooms). The whole place was exceptionally clean and warm. The grounds and views are terrific. Breakfast varied and excellent with local produce. My husband and I have stayed about 4 times and hope to go back many times again.

Having taken the train from Glasgow to Tain, we were absolutely delighted with the accommodations and the lovely owners of this perfect slice of northern Scotland hospitality. The home and grounds are immaculate and the hosts were as warm and friendly as family. We walked easily from this B & B to all that Tain had to offer. The English...

We stayed here for a night on our way to Orkney - and we're glad we did, as this has to be one of the best-value B&Bs we have ever stayed at.
