Hotel looks lovely outside and in,room was nice beds comfy,hairdryer didn't work,bedside lamps didn't work,had dinner in the hotel restaurant table was dirty and dirty cutlery,kids portions to small,food not great felt ill next morning

We did not experience a lack of hot water - the shower was hot though the pressure was not great - it rarely is in hotels. So there was plenty of water, just not very forceful. The refurb didn't bother us at all and if you are aware of it before you go, it's hardly an issue. We liked this place, and it is in a great location. Hope this helps!
