    The Isle of Lewis has public transit. The main tourist sites can be reached by public transit. The "out of the way" places would be difficult to see without a car.

    I have no idea what the buzzing thing was that obviously annoyed you. I was pleased with my hotel room and the lounge and the dining room, and certainly wasn't concerned about when the front of the hotel was last painted... More
