I recently stayed here for the 3rd time (to do with work) and while I, perhaps, wasn't all that complementary in my previous reviews, it's clear to see that management are spending time and money to do this hotel up. My room was pleasant, the bathroom modern with great water pressure in the shower and the staff were incredibly friendly...

Had a great overnight stay in this hotel recently. Staff were lovely, hotel extremely clean and comfortable. My bedroom was lovely and spacious with a large good quality bed. My evening meal was delicious and very reasonably priced. Breakfast was also fantastic. Very handy location, will definitely stay again.

Great food in the restaurant with a carvery/buffet that's great value for money. Helpful, friendly staff that are always willing to help and comfortable, clean rooms with good facilities. (Tea/coffee, en-suite, TV, etc.) The hotel has a 2 star rating from the Scottish tourist board but, in my opinion, it's at least a 3 star, if not 4. It's central...

This hotel looks a bit dated outside but the rooms are fine with good linen. Food was a good buffet with roast meat and veg. Breakfast was the usual buffet with plenty of choice. The rooms were very warm but we could adjust the radiator and in fact switched heating off.Check in was efficient.Check out was also fine as on...

Handy hotel very central for walking to everything in the town. I had a single room which was small but adequate and clean. Furniture was showing it's age a little, very nice bathroom. The hotel could do with a bit updated but it isn't an issue. The full Scottish breakfast with Stornoway black pudding is tremendous

We came into Stornoway into this nondescipt hotel. Our group quickly got our keys and we finally got our luggage into the lift in into our average, but clean rooms. The hotel has a carvery with a choice of beef and turkey. The price is based on a one course or two courses. The breakfast is a buffet with a...

The Caladh Inn does not have much curb appeal, but, for us, it was a comfortable one night stay. The room was very large with large bathroom and shower and comfortable bed. It is very close to the ferry terminal and parking was convenient. It worked well for us since we arrived in Strornoway at 1300 on the ferry, had...

The hotel was having the exterior spruced up when we visited, the entrance door looked somewhat off-putting. However upon entering the lobby our spirits lifted. A welcoming reception area and the rooms were spacious with a large modern bathroom. Breakfast was excellent and on our morning of departure had continental breakfast available from 5am!. Ideal.

A comfortable, clean and friendly hotel with friendly helpful staff. Conveniently located in Stornoway. The breakfast buffet is great with lots of choice. The on site restaurant has a good menu and the carvery is excellent. I would recommend this hotel, whether staying for business or pleasure.
