We stayed here for a couple of nights. The hotel was warm and comfortable and the food was good. Our room and that of my mum and dad's were pretty old fashioned and in need of some TLC, but the rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Lovely log fire in reception. Staff were very welcoming. Hotel keeps its old world charm with its decor and rooms are Spacious and clean. Best wifi signal we've ever had in a hotel and we were on the second floor! Breakfast was freshly cooked and lots of choice with big carafe of decent coffee. Great weekend away and brilliant value...

Stayed in this hotel Saturday night and got to say will definitely book again. Hotel is lovely, full of character and roaring fires. Breakfast was superb, staff lovely and the lovely wee pup Raven just made our trip. I can’t complain about anything, yes hotel is wee bit dated but our rooms were clean and just what we needed. We were really looking forward to staying here. The building is impressive and has a great position high up overlooking Tobermory. Parking was a bit of a problem but when we entered the lobby we were surprised to see how dirty the carpet was. The receptionist was very welcoming, but the room was a shock. Obviously converted into an en-suite...

Arrived on a cold January day to be greeted by a roaring fire and wonderful staff. The new owners only took over in July 2016 and the hotel is undergoing a major refurbishment both structurally and cosmetically. We had our booking upgraded to stay in the wonderful Tobermory room which is enormous and gives fantastic views of the harbour and...

My friend and I decided to check out Tobermory as a post holiday get away. The hotel was beautiful and was a short and easy walk up the hill from the bus drop off point at the town car park. The staff, including the two owners, were wonderful and consistently present and they upgraded us for free to a suite...

We stayed in mid January. Log fires and a warm welcome. Good breakfast and dinner, clean, spacious room, and helpful staff. What more could you want? Oh..... And there is a good selection of whiskies in the bar.

We stayed in the Tobermory suite with two rooms. Both rooms were spacious and so clean. The Tobermory one was a grand big room with a high ceiling. We also had a "stage" or platform with two chairs that overlooked the bay through big windows. We could sit and relax while looking at the Sound of MULL, the harbour and...

Just back from a 3 night stay at the hotel. Overall, we thought it was great. The hotel is definately "traditional" - and that's part of the charm - it's not super sparkly and new - but we really enjoyed the log fires and old style charm etc. When I go to places like Tobermory I don't want a new...

Stayed here while working on faults at xmas, the food was first class, staff very friendly, but room 22 always felt cold even with heater on maximum all day, do not look behind the bedside tables or wardrobe though, there must be a minimum of 3 years of dust and black dusty spiders webs all over the walls and floor,...
