I stayed at this property very recently and was very happy with the bungalow. The owner is very close by if there are any problems, but the property is very well appointed and suited to a small family. Great aspect looking out over the Loch and a short drive from Portree and Uig. It's a great base for exploring the...

We booked this property over New Year period and were very happy there. Property is much nicer than on the photos, is spacious, well built, oil heating is great, real wood burner in lounge a plus. Kitchen is extremely well equipped so you can cook anything there, which we appreciated, since during winter, there is not many places to eat...

We stayed here for a special birthday from Friday til mon. 4 adults and 2 children. We were greeted when we arrived by Chris who gave us a guided tour. The House was very well appointed and absolutely superb. Views were utterly amazing. We will definitely be back.

I run photography courses so chose self catering, both myself and my course participants were blown away by this house. Absolutely stunning location and the house had everything we could have asked for and more. Lots of rooms, amazing views and Louise was very friendly and welcoming on arrival. I will definately be going back when in Skye.

Very comfy bed; superb breakfasts - fresh berries, yoghourts, delicious porridge;a warm, clean and cosy house; wonderful outlook (we had bedroom No. One with en-suite);great situation for touring. Kirstie and Gordie make a welcoming, friendly atmosphere for their visitors. Just a great place to stay.

A warm and friendly welcome from Kirstie who had been at the address for three months.I found the premisies very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. My only minus was that the bedroom was a little cramped but that was no great hardship and I have no hesitation in recommending Dun Eighre to anyone. Parking was off road and...

We absolutely loved this accommodation. Originally planning on staying for the two nights but soon made an excuse to return for a third. From the moment we met the young couple Kirstie and Gordon we were completely at ease and relaxed enjoying the ambience of the accommodation and the magnificent views overlooking the sea loch and the mountains beyond. The...

We stayed for 2 days and found it very clean and comfortable. The location is also ideal for us since we wanted to visit Dunvegan, Neist Point and The Storr. Portree is not too far (approx 6 miles). The owners were very nice. We are vegeterians and Kirstie, the owner, was very nice to try and get us some additional...
