We were recommended this place in a shop in Inverary as they said it had the best sticky toffee pudding ever! Unfortunately when we went there was no sticky toffee but there was a lamb korma panini and the BEST Cullen Skink ever. If its on the menu you must try it. The staff were lovely and there is a...

I have long wanted to visit this hotel and very glad I did .. it's in a great location with views of the Skye cuillin ridge. Our room was comfortable and roomy. What made it especially good for us was the friendliness and general helpfulness of all the staff, especially in view of my vehicle problem. I would love to...

We stayed in the bunkhouse/hostel which is adjacent to the main hotel. Its perfectly adequate with a fireplace in the communal lounge, a huge, well equipped kitchen, clean dorms and a communal bathroom with hot showers. A great little spot that we will visit again soon as a family.

We loved this place for a three day break over Hogmanay and new year, a lovely hotel in a stunning location. Food, whisky tasting, ceilidh and warm friendly service. Highly recommended. Weather was windy and wet, but our room was cosy and comfortable.

What a grand hotel smack bang in the middle of some stunning scenery and views that exemplify Skye's beauty. Even though the stay was one night it was breath taking and magical with fond memories of our stay. Set in some stunning landscape that was spectacular especially with snow on the surrounding peaks making it even more memorable. The hotel...

We have just returned from an absolutely brilliant New Year break at Sligachan. The location is stunning, the food and wine excellent and the room spacious and comfortable. The additional touches of prosecco on arrival, malt whisky tasting and Cullen skink at the bells were the cherry on the cake. The team are very hard working and totally customer focussed....

My wife and I stayed here for one night and I must say the location was great for us the history of the Sligachan is interesting. It looks like an old Lodge. I felt the rooms could use a freshening up though and the hallway to our bedroom had a peculiar smell all the time. The bed wasn't the most...

We stayed here with friends and totally enjoyed the surroundings as well as the facilities the hotel offered. The hotel is surrounded by majestic mountains and sits by a picturesque stream- a favourite for photographers. Inside the warm open fires in the lounge are a draw card to linger awhile. Our rooms were warm and very clean. Love the Harris...
