Just returned from 2 nights spent at the Carradale Hotel. Never been to Carradale and what a lovely village. The Hotel sits behind the Golf course and has views to the coast. The new owners are very friendly and I believe have made some changes with more planned. Our rooms were cosy and the bed was so comfortable. Great Shower...

Stayed here march 2017, very clean, fantastic staff and owners. The hotel is getting upgraded a bit at a time but this does not effect the stay. There is a fantastic stove in the dinning room and fresh decoration taking place throughout which should be complete by the start of season.I would recommend a stay here to explore this wonderful...

I'm not a natural complainer and like to find the positives in life, but I'm truly struggling to do that here. My wife and I wanted a nice quiet out of season break on the Kintyre peninsula. we read the reviews and looked at the web page and chose to stay at the Carradale Hotel. We booked in advance. What...

I was with a group of about 20 which enjoyed a lovely pre-Christmas lunch at the Carradale Hotel. We pre-selected from a choice of three starters, mains and desserts and were well pleased with our meal and the service. I believe the hotel is under new(ish) ownership. They deserve to do very well.

I booked Carradale Hotel for a small party for my husband's 40th Birthday. We had a beautiful meal with family before the party in the lounge bar. All the open coal fires were lit, lovely atmosphere and great service. The food was brilliant. The party was great also, Rhona and Cara were very helpful with all the planning. A great...

Stayed at the hotel prior to moving into our new home. Having had problems with the move could not have found the new owners more helpful. Saved a room for us for an extra night, got up early to make breakfast. Made us tea and coffee and let us use the Internet whilst they were closed. A really friendly place,...

Dinner out at the Carradale Hotel was a very pleasant surprise. Excellent food and great conversation with new owners. If your looking for top quality without the formality I would definitely recommend it.

We stayed here for a couple of nights to attend a family wedding locally. The staff were so friendly and helpful, absolutely faultless. Room was just what we needed but a little dated, not that it bothered us. Breakfast was great, plenty of choice and cooked fresh to order, served a little late on the Sunday just for us, what...

We have just spent a week in Carradale, found this bar on our first night and spent the next six eating and drinking there. The food was excellent and the hospitality of the new owners likewise. Would recommend this hotel and bar to anyone visiting the area. Added bonus was dog friendly.
