As Storm Frank struck we arrived in Lochgilphead en route to Islay for Hogmanay. We've stayed at Kilmory before and we so happy with it last time we thought - can't do better. I't was home from home again, great staff, great breakfast (legendary breakfast) warm, comfy and near enough to the town centre to walk in for a bite...

Fantastic place and owners to die for. Got a last minute booking through booking.com and was instantly befriended by the owner rob whilst touring on my motorbike. Great off road parking great views and lovely people. Room was spacious as was the bathroom and with a good shower, a biker loves a good shower after a long ride and the...

We stayed at Kilmory Guest House for the weekend of a friend’s wedding and needed somewhere to rest our heads, in that respect, this B&B does exactly what it says on the tin. Luxury it is not. But it is cheap, it is clean, the owners are friendly and the breakfast is delicious. Not where I’d want to go for...

Had a lovely welcome from the owner. Shown to a lovely room. Great breakfast although I would have liked a wee tattie scone. Owner is a Villa fan (as am I) which I totally loved! I would definitely stay here again. One friend did comment on it costing the same as a Premier Inn style hotel. As I pointed out...

My wife and I stayed for a couple of nights and felt we had struck lucky with this choice. The owners were very welcoming and are happy to accept well behaved dogs. The beds and the room were very comfortable and the freshly cooked-to-order breakfast was first class. There was a most impressive collection of artwork of various styles throughout...

I was attending an emergency medicine course at the local hospital and so stayed through the week. Rob - very very nice guy - welcomed me at the beginning and showed me to my room.
