Greeted by very friendly staff & the owner Franco we were shown up to the rooms which were lovely and warm on a cold day everything was clean & tidy even the hotel inspector couldn't have found fault. The food was gorgeous & plenty of it. Breakfast the following morning was freshly cooked as you arrived down for it so...

Needed a hotel with just a days notice as a last minute decision to go to a do in Scotland. Booked it and then looked at the reviews and was a bit worried if I am honest. But all that went out the window when we arrived. Had to check-in the restaurant bit which was very busy and the food...

I stopped by on my way to Glencoe from South. The owner is very kind and friendly. I quite enjoy the fresh fish and crunchy chips. I had fish and chips from a few chippers in Ireland and England. This one is good. I respect that they value sustainable fishing and hence only have haddock.

I stayed at Palombos for 1 night before hiking. Was very satisfied with the size of the room and the fact that they had towels (previous BnBs I stayed in did not provide). Easy 5 walk from the train station as well as 15 mins to the Loch Lomond Shores. The food served at the restaurant was also extremely nice,...

My Word, thank goodness we do not get reviews like this in our B & B ! We would be out of business. Check other reviews please. We are not above a fish and chip shop. We are above a very well respected 40 cover restaurant which has received many, many awards (go to website and explore) where breakfast is...

We dropped in for lunch on a whim, and were amazed by the best fish and chips any of us could recall! We shared a couple of orders between the 4 of us (it was supposed to be a light lunch!) and were so taken with the food that when we noticed the availability of deep fried Mars and Snickers,...

I was a bit apprehensive about a room above a chip shop, but figured as I was travelling solo, I'd give it a chance. Was pleasantly surprised - it was quiet, no fish & chip smells, and looked onto the high street. Very comfortable room, good wifi and a lovely breakfast. Free parking available across the street, so a great...

Saw the Trip Advisor sign so I told my group this should be a really good place. AND IT WAS! I lived in the UK for 3 years and I'm pretty picky about my F&C, so we put in our order also noting there was Italian Food on the menu. Now I've always been a bit concerned about what the...
