We drove from London and were delayed for 3 hours on the M6 meaning we didn't arrive til about 11pm. We did notify the owner of our progress and he waited up for us and welcomed us as if it was 5pm....even with an over excited dog with us!! The rooms were very comfortable and our dog was allowed in...

This was a highlight of our trip! The area around the house is gorgeous with mist coming down the mountain, a stream running by the side of the house, and just beautiful green mountains wherever you look. Our host was welcoming without being obtrusive and very friendly. We had a room with a private bathroom across the landing. There were...

We broke our journey here on the way to Skye and return home. It is dog friendly and we were allocated the cottage which was perfect for our needs. John Christie the owner was welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was in the true Scots tradition. Excellent value for money (unlike Travelodge which charges £20 per dog). Good take away pizza to...

Excellent location, a very genuine host and dog friendly to boot. We had a large comfortable room with the private bathroom across the landing. Order for breakfast taken the night before and freshly cooked...lovely. No evening meal but great food served at Ben More Lodge cross the road. Will have to stay here again.

We stayed in the cottage, which exceeded all our expectations. All rooms were large, clean and tastefully decorated. It had all modern facilities; a separate, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a living room and a bathroom. Heating in every room, snacks and treats, washing- and drying machine, plenty of clean towels, a broad selection of soaps and a very comfortable...

I cannot praise this place highly enough. It was one of the highlights of our trip due mainly to the owner who is simply put the perfect host. The place itself is easy to find on the road to Fort William for us. The rooms were perfect. Lovely and warm with the softest sheets. Oh so comfortable. The breakfast will...

Upon arrival house seems a bit tired but owner is very friendly and welcoming. Room was adequate for the two of us. The best thing is the breakfast. Put your order in the night before and it's freshly cooked for you.

Thank Mike B
