The hotel is quiet comfortable, although not fancy, but keep in mind, as one goes north, it gets quite cold in the winters, so the tourist season is not as long as in Italy or Spain. So, there are not as many hotels. But this was perfect for us and what we wanted. Our tour group was welcomed and made...

My partner booked this hotel for 2 nights including breakfast at the end of February. The hotel was very warm and welcoming on arrival and check in was very easy. Our room was spotlessly clean also very modern. We had a 4 month old baby which the hotel provided a travel cot for. Lots of storage space in the room...

Arrived at the hotel around 3pm and staff waiting with room keys to check us in . Room good size and comfy small wardrobe but plenty of drawerspace. Bathroom with shower soap and shower gel provided. Hairdryer, tea and coffee making facility, flat screen TV on Wall. 2 nights Dinner B&B with fantastic food and hospitality. Enjoyed the 'pub' atmosphere...

From check in to check out, everything was excellent. Lovely staff, nothing to much trouble. Nice room in the annex, could do with covering in to get back to the main hotel for when it is raining, but staff loaned us an umberella. lovely food, waited a while on some evenings. Trips with our coach were good, especially Duntreath House....

A warm welcome when we arrived, received our key and then away to find our room. As there are steps my husband couldn't use his mobility scooter even though we had an accessible room. There are chairs to rest on but it was still worrying. Our room was large, comfy and the bathroom large too, a shower over the bath....
