We returned again this year. Yet again words of praise for this bed & breakfast fail me They must surely get 10 out of 5. It's really that good. Praise also to our hostess who again couldn't do enough for us.

This vintage B&B is a treasure. Beautiful antiques, kind hosts and great location within walking distance to downtown. Breakfast is splendid and the rooms are spacious. Only drawback was a less than comfortable bed.

Fernlea guest house is perfect. The house is charming, pleasantly furnished and decorated. Our host Lynn is a nice, welcomming and helpfull person. The room we booked was nice and comfortable : very good bed, spacious bathroom. All the house is more than clean. And the scottish breakfast was generous and delicious.

A warm welcome from Lynn and Kenny, a bright, clean and comfortable room and a marvellous breakfast. Within walking distance of town and with off Street parking it was also convenient. In the words of Arnie... "I'll be back" - Thoroughly recommended.
