I visited Graceland and was not disappointed. There are various ticket packages you can get and I recommend buying the platinum ticket, it includes touring the mansion, car museum, airplanes, archive studio and Elvis Hawaii. You don't need a priority ticket for the shuttle bus, the line moves quickly and there is no real benefit spending the extra money. You... More

The staff here were all great. They will let you leave your vehicle in parking lot while you go to Graceland (saves you $10). The room was clean and quieter that I though it would be. The breakfast was as expected; basics to get your day started. The only negative was the bed. I have hip and neck problems and... More

This hotel is getting old and worn, but across the street from Graceland....the front desk staff and the shuttle drivers were very friendly and helpful...breakfast was OK.... The bar was very disappointing, small and unfriendly.... If we stayed again in Memphis, I would stay in Memphis proper near Beale Street, and take a day trip to Graceland....

There were lots of broken windows and broken sliding glass doors. Our room was very dark and the floor was very dirty. The room and hotel was tooooo scary to stay. We took one look and wanted our money back. We found out later it is in a bad part of Memphis. The front desk was very gracious in giving... More
