The best service ever. Beautiful people, beautiful house and a really familiar and generous service. Highly recommended. A wonderful stay!! We travel often and here we felt like home. Not many times you are guest so good like we've been here. Many thanks Carol, Henry and our happy smiling friend. Don't even think about it and come in!

Stayed at the Prestatyn Bed & Breakfast for nearly six weeks, stayed in the studio room which is a great room with a separate kitchen and a large bedroom with full sky package. The hosts Karen and Steve are very friendly and made my stay very enjoyable one. Would definitely stay again.

We were made very welcome by Karen & Steve, and found the Studio room most comfortable. The en suite kitchen area with fridge and sink would be most useful for a longer stay. Freshly cooked to order, the breakfasts were delicious with a wide choice of fruit and cereals, followed by a generous full English breakfast. Definitely the place to...

Karen and Steve give you such a warm welcome that you feel as though you are staying with friends. We stayed in the Studio and love the way it is self contained. The kitchen area and cloakroom gave a lovely homely feel and the quality of all the furniture was really good quality. This is without doubt the best B&B...

My husband and I, together with a couple of friends, booked this B&B some time ago to attend a music festival in Prestatyn. The welcome was wonderful, with a pot of tea and home made cake, just the job after a journey. The beds were quite the most comfortable we have ever slept in with fresh crisp white linen. Karen...

Steve helped us a lot when my wife fell ill suddenly. The room (studio) is very nice with our own kitchen. Breakfast fine as well.

We visited Prestatyn to attend a music festival in March 2012 and were delighted to have stayed at Prestatyn Bed and Breakfast. The welcome we received was heartfelt and we were very pleased with the room which was en-suite but also had a little kitchenette with a fridge which was a lovely extra as we had brought a few beers...

I booked this great place about 6 months ago, and am thankful that we did! From the minute of our arrival, we were welcomed with offers of a cuppa nd shown to our lovely upstairs room, possibly the most comfortable beds we have slept in at a B&B, and the little extra touches like fresh milk in a little fridge...
