It was my final day of the Easter Holidays before I went back to school, so my family and I had dinner here on the 12/04/2015. We have eaten at this place many times before and every meal we have had has always been good. This time, I had something from the "Specials" menu. I had a seafood salad that...

Very nice meal in pleasant surroundings at the Loft. Staff were very attentive. Food was nice. We got exactly what we expected. Would be happy to eat there again should we happen to be in the area. Ambient evening with plenty of other people around and a nice place to have a good conversation with friends over dinner.

I base the rating above solely on the room we had and not on the hotel, bar and restaurant as a whole. In looking for somewhere to stay on Anglesey, the Olde Bull came up with a five-star rating. The Good Pub Guide also had it as a main entry, so I thought, "yes, this'll do nicely". Alas, on being...

Stayed at the Bull in March 2015. Ended up in The Townhouse, Plum Room. First impression was something straight out of Austin Powers based on the colour scheme although the "connections" were very 21st century. It was clean and staff attentive although bar service slow at times. Had breakfast there despite it being expensive and nothing special. Didn't eat there...

I spent three nights in the Townhouse, across the road from the Bull's Head itself, in the charming little town of Beaumaris. The room was extremely comfortable and well equipped, as was the sizeable bathroom. The hotel staff - from reception to the brasserie to the maitre d' and the waiter in the Loft Restaurant - were extremely friendly, welcoming...

Spent a morning in Beaumaris and we were ready for lunch, as we had read the menu here previously and it looked appealing, we went into the back entrance where it is wheelchair accessible and got ourselves seated and viewed the menu, my husband only really fancied the lamb shank so decided on that and I opted for a vegetarian...

We had been recommended to have lunch at the Inn. Nice atmosphere. Soup over priced, average bread. My sandwich was average .. Service prompt but the chap needed cheering up! Nice open fire. Probably won't go back.

Our 4th visit to the Loft Restaurant at the Bull in Beaumaris, the meal was outstanding from the amuse of foam pea soup to the duck starter and lamb for main all absolutely superb. The only let down was the service which sad to say was poor, we waited ages for our pre-dinner drinks which eventually arrived, the Canapés' were...
