Lovely long weekend spent at this hotel. Fabulous value for money in a beautiful location. The staff were lovely especially our most helpful waiter Jason. The pianist that plays through the evening accompanying the meal is wonderful. Would thoroughly recommend it

Went into this hotel on Sunday 12th September to get a drink for me, my husband and my elderly in laws. We had been travelling for about 6 hours and we were ready for a nice cup of tea. I went into the bar area to enquire about sitting down and was told to speak to someone else as they didn't know. I waited to speak to the someone else who was behind the bar and was ignored for a minute but was the told to go to the coffee area and she waved me away to the general area of said coffee place. We dutifully went on the hunt for the coffee shop. My husband asked a worker how to get into the coffee place as it was not signposted very well and he was completely ignored and she walked away from us. We eventually found it but it was roped off but We did see a waiter. We then politely asked the waiter there if we were ok to sit down, only to be greeted with such a bad attitude and to be asked "well I need to know what you want" I stated that we wanted a table for 4 only to be told there were no tables available. (Spoiler, there were empty tables) We had to leave quickly as I was so appalled at the service, or lack thereof that I couldn't trust myself not to be rude to the next member of staff if they came across my path. I have always had a really good impression of Beaumaris, maybe I should rethink this?

Superb staff, excellent large room with plentiful hot water. Nothing was too much trouble for any member of staff. Breakfast superb, location outstanding. Bilingual staff, very much appreciated. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Well what can I say after reading the reviews I was a bit sceptical but don't always believe what you read, the hotel whilst needing some tlc is a lovely place, yes they are short staffed but what staff that they do have work extremely hard to keep everyone happy, especially a lady who was on breakfast duty each morning she greeted you and took the orders always saying sorry to keep you waiting to be honest we didn't wait too long for our breakfast. The food for breakfast and our visits to both restaurants in the hotel were lovely. Just one thing that was a bit disappointing was that our room was a little bit dusty but understandable due to staff shortages. Would have been nice to have had a Seaview room but as we booked late due to our holiday abroad being postponed it was OK it was just a bit noisy as we were on the side next to the chippy. This was our first visit to Beaumaris which we really enjoyed,
