This was for a reunion for 10 of us. It was a beautifully prepared meal which was enjoyed by all of us. I would imagine it was a delightful place to stay for the family members. The proprietors were friendly, and we wished we had stayed there. We returned the next day to have breakfast with them and it was...

We stayed two nights to attend a local wedding and were greeted by the most welcoming hosts and staff. Our room was lovely and immaculate. We had a fantastic meal in the restaurant and were pleasantly surprised by the standard of our fillet steak. Food was piping hot and very tasty especially the Welsh full breakfast in the morning. They...

Hotel set in peaceful but convenient location. Couldn't fault the staff or the cleanliness throughout. Nice meal in the relaxing restaurant. My room (room 3) had a decent quality tv and comfortable bed. The only downside was the cold water shower pressure, although other rooms are apparently ok

This is such a homely place. Everyone is always friendly and the staff are really welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. We visited twice within a short space of time and it's always good. The fillet steak was the best I have had for a very long time and hope to go back for another one soon. It's always...

We stayed for 1 night whilst visiting the island, we received a lovely warm welcome, I popped downstairs to ask for a jug of milk for our cup of tea, and they where only to happy to help. Well presented clean rooms would certainly recommend.

Second time here, stayed last year on way to Ireland, decided to stop again on back of last years stay. Not disappointed, even better, lovely clean ground floor room. Warm friendly welcome, very helpful, had dinner even better than last year, excellent food. Great breakfast. Overall we thought it was even better than last year and many areas had been...

Very good upmarket stay. Was on budget of £25 for evening meal and was difficult to get a 3 course meal for 1 for that. Very clean and conveniant to A55, but still rural enough for a little peace and quiet.

We were taken to the restaurant for Sunday lunch by friends who live nearby. We were visitors to the Island enjoying a short early season break nearby. We found it offered the values of tradition, comfort and quality, often lost in restaurants these days, and a worthy complement to it's location on the unspoilt Island of Anglesey. The lounge was...

Spent one lovely, relaxing night at this hidden gem. It was the perfect place to forget about life and get some peace & quiet. Bedroom was spacious with a lovely bathroom (amazing shower with jets!). Slept well and both dinner and breakfast were fantastic. Will definitely return here one day.

Finding myself in the hotel following a meeting one evening, I decided it would be convenient to eat there. I did this with some trepidation as I had eaten there previously for large group meals and not been too impressed. However, I was very pleasantly surprised. I had ordered sea bass followed by a citron tart. The staff were extremely...
