Location fine. However the room allocated was unacceptably dirty in particular the en-suite. The room and en-suite were cold, we were however, provided with a blow heater as the radiator does not come on until 6pm. Breakfasts good. Restaurant tables sticky to the touch each day to the extent that the tea cups stuck to the surface.

My husband booked an overnight stay here as a surprise for the break between Christmas and the new year - we are regular visitors to Moelfre but usually stay in one of the B & B's closer to the beach.... however we had a wonderful stay, and after a long days walking it was so nice to sit by the...

Stayed here 4th-5th January. Arrived just before check-in. Staff helpful and friendly. We had our dog who was good as gold. He was made to feel welcome which was nice as he is like our baby! We even took him while we ate. No issues at all. Room was very clean and cosey with bottles of water, biscuits and a...

If you like log fires, friendly locals, a warm welcome, beautiful views, peace & quiet, great breakfasts, value for money, clean & doggy loving establishments then you won't go wrong here. A great base for seeing the island. Thank you very much

We stayed in October 2016. This hotel is located at the crest of a slight ridge overlooking Moelfre. The views to the NE are out to sea. At night the town’s twinkling street lights are visible. To the south the mountain ranges of Snowdonia are presented as a misty grey vista. The distance from the main road is such that...

There is not one thing to criticise about this guest house. They advertise themselves as 'pet friendly' and unlike most places that are merely grudgingly 'pet tolerant' they truly live up to that promise. We stayed for one night on 20th Nov and were warmly greeted by a very helpful and friendly young lady who clearly adores dogs. She showed...

We spent one night in Ty Dderw and we will certainly go back. We couldn't have had a nicer welcome - everyone was wonderful. A great place to eat, to drink, to stay. The food was excellent and the breakfast rivaled that of my absolute favourite at The View in Llandudno. The only thing I would change about this place...
