Good- -----Very nice "Cape Cod" (seaside) type hotel. -----Very friendly check-in staff. In fact, everyone was very friendly! -----Located right next to the sea - beautiful walks along the promenade. -----I liked the seashore décor in the rooms. -----Wonderful heated swimming pool (located in a separate building). -----Leo at check-in and breakfast was ultra, ultra, helpful. -----Creaky floors - I...

We had spent 2 nights in a 3 star Chester hotel @ £124 a night before arriving at the Trearddur Bay hotel for 1 night at £89 per night and was surprised to find that this was also a 3 star establishment. Our room ( No. 1 ) which was huge, looked out over the bay & car park, had...

We have just returned from a lovely long weekend at this hotel to celebrate a family birthday, the rooms were all beautiful modern and clean and we had great views of the sea, staff were very friendly and helpful, a lovely location to enjoy a stroll along the sea front, we will definitely return and would highly recommend.

We stayed here as a family for a wedding and so booked two double deluxe rooms. I have to say that the rooms were lovely and spacious and had sea views. However, this is far from a cheap hotel and really needs to get ts act together to provide facilities commensurate for the price charged. For example, there is no...

Driving from London to Holyhead took its toll on us, but our experience at the hotel was decent. A nice room with ocean views and a place for all 4 of us to sleep. Our only challenge was a slightly irritated/rude server in the restaurant for breakfast the following day. Otherwise I would've given it a better review. We were...

Thank you for your feedback on our hotel - I also would love to have a lift in the hotel, unfortunately the layout and structure does not make this possible. I have raised your comments regarding the team member at breakfast with our Restaurant Manager who will ensure our welcome and the attitude of an individual team member is addressed....

fantastic hotel great views of the ocean and really geta service. I was here on business but would come here again for a weekend get away. The rooms where clean and tidy and my room had a fantastic view of the ocean. It does have a indoor pool but did not have time to use it which was a shame.

What a lovely place to stay, all the staff were accommodating, friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean, comfortable and modern. Walking distance from the beach and the restaurant and Inn were both lovely places to eat. We all loved our stay here and would definitely return. Thank you for your feedback, and I'm pleased we were able to accommodate you with your dog. We are constantly reviewing our dining arrangements so it may be we will be able to offer more than the existing dinner and breakfast area for dog friendly dining in the future.
