This is a lovely hotel. Right in the centre of Ruthin with all its charm and culture nearby. The hotel is small but has so much to offer. You are made welcome as soon as you enter the door. Breakfast was excellent and cooked to order. On this occasion we ate out in the evening but will definately eat there...

We stayed at the Manorhaus 7th October for two nights. We did not know what to expect but we were not disappointed. It is one of the best hotels we have stayed at. From the time we arrived to the time we left, we felt comfortable and the reception we received was very warm and friendly when we arrived. Loved...

We were booked for a weekend stay here. We arrived and were greeted by a very nice young man who checked us in, and gave in depth details of what to do in the area. Our room was lovely with dramatic artwork. Indeed, the artwork throughout the hotel was fab. Breakfast was very good, with a choice of hot food...

After a recent stay at Manorhaus my partner and I was extremely impressed with all aspects of this charming hotel. The room was clean, modern and spacious; bathroom and shower facilities and products great; the communal areas decorated with interesting peices of art; and the restaurant and bar unmatched in the area both in terms of food and drinks and...

This hotel (to call it a restaurant with rooms rather undervalues the hotel aspects) is every bit as good as you would expect from the honest website and earlier reviews. Among the things that make it excellent rather than just very good are the friendly service, power showers (plenty of water, no unwanted variations in temperature), good toiletries, a generously...

I have visited the Manorhaus several times, and am always impressed by the service which is excellent. The rooms are all differently furnished, so it's interesting to find out what's in the room - and there is interesting art on the walls throughout. It's friendly and welcoming, and I recommend it as a place to stay for a holiday, or...
