A great experience at a small B&B. We needed an early start so they kindly started breakfast early. A hearty meal freshly prepared. Very clean and tidy, great location for local eateries. Will stay with Wayne when next in the area.

The service was excellent. The owners Val and Wayne were really friendly and helpful, they couldn't do enough for me. Lovely breakfasts. The room was comfortable, quiet and spotlessly clean. The location was great with beautiful views across to the mountains. Everything (pubs / restaurants etc.) within a few minutes walk in the very pleasant, friendly little town of Tywyn.

We had an excellent stay, the food was great and the owner Wayne made us feel very welcome. We would definatly stay here again and would recommend the Merton Villa to all our friends. It was one of the nicest B&B,s that we have stayed in for a long time.

Booking the hotel was very easy, one phone call and most of the arrangements were agreed and sorted. The booking was made in March so a few days before I rang to confirm and all was still well. I also advised them of my food allergy (gluten) and they assured me they would cater for me. We had booked a...
