Stopped for a cup of tea on the way to the ferry. Although busy staff couldn't have been more welcoming and friendly. Nice cup of tea with extra hot water on the side. Very good.value. Cosy bar. Didn't try food but restaurant seemed busy and customers seemed happy.

Room was spotlessly clean. Lovely breakfast. Friendly staff. We ate an evening meal outside as the weather was great watching the world go by in preparation for lots of walking on the Pembrokeshire Coast Path the next day. This set us up well for the day ahead! Great location for exploring Pembroke.

Good parking, rooms are nice, clean, and well finished; unfortunately not very soundproof which means you can hear other people having (normal) conversations in rooms that are near (and other nocturnal exercises). Nice location, able to walk down the Millpond and watch the bats in the evening, walk around the castle and back. Staff are excellent; some lack a little...

Rooms were very clean and nice. Staff very nice. Breakfast was nice, but the chap taking the orders needs to be a bit more switched on, got a few things wrong. Great secure car park. Nice restaurant and bar, meals were good.

What a lovely place. The staff were friendly and helpful, the place was nice and warm and homely and welcoming. We stayed there for one night and the hotel room was really comfortable, clean and quiet. The bed was massive and the shower had more jets than an American army base. The cost for one night with breakfast for two...

Went to the Coach House Hotel for dinner because of a recommendation we read in a guest book where we were staying. We were looking forward to a nice meal but were sadly disappointed. I ordered the chicken curry, which turned out to be both watery and tasteless, and the chips were under cooked and had to be sent back....

Although the meal was ok the management need to engage more serving staff to make the meal experience better, the. Poor lad who served the whole dining room did very well but was put under too much pressure and service ended up quite slow. Management please take note, we are local and will pass the word

A very comfortable hotel on the main street although Pembroke itself is a bit of a ghost town out of season. The bedrooms are spotless and well furnished; the shower in the ensuite offered jet sprays as well as a great overhead power shower. Breakfasts were excellent and the full 'English' kept us going all day! The staff were excellent,...

We were in St. David's and decided to stay in Pembroke for the night. We made a last-minute reservation at the Coach House due to its location near Pembroke Castle. The location is fabulous, and we had a lovely walk around historic Pembroke before dinner. Our room, number 24 is on the ground floor at the back of the property,...
