This B&B is an old house on a quiet street close to the middle of the town. It's certainly quirky, but it's warm and comfortable and the landlady, Penny, looks after you well. It's a world away from the soul-less hotels which have sprung up...More

Me and a friend stayed with Penny on a cycle trip to Knighton. A great cottage right in the heart of town! Penny looked after us, breakfast, teas and coffees. The beds were comfortable & the rooms tidy and clean.

I stayed at Whytcwm Cottage before starting Glyndwr's Way. Very warm welcome and lovely room, followed by a delicious breakfast. I would definitely recommend this for any other walkers looking for a good, comfortable place to stay to get them ready for the trail.
