I tried to book this hotel but found out from a colleague who lives locally that it has been shut for a year and is up for sale. Its listing should be taken down from TripAdvisor to prevent others from wasting time trying to book a room when it is not possible.

Classical old-style hotel with everything you'd expect from a manor of this age. Very well maintained interior with a sweeping staircase and all the charm and character you could hope for. Jose was a great host and accommodated all our needs (family of 11). Breakfast was excellent with a vast buffet selection of hot and cold offerings - I highly... More

The service was welcoming and attentive throughout the stay. The room was clean, sizable and well furnished (- with a fabulous shower!). The food was first rate - delicious mushroom starter and... We visited from Canada and stayed six nights, eating most of our meals at the Manor during this time.
