Motel style room for our overnight stay. We had booked a family room with two double beds. Very friendly young man on Reception and at breakfast. Ideal for a short stay- we were going to The Royal Mint. Clean and warm - and football fans too. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

The young man was very friendly & helpful on check in. The rooms were OK reasonable size for the cost. Was not exactly spotless but not very unclean. Tea, coffee facility, complimentary mineral water, flat screen TV, complimentary shampoo etc... Only thing missing really was a hair dryer. But didn't say they had them so that's fair enough. Cheaply furnished... More

We hired the venue for a fundraising party and the evening was excellent. Management are extremely helpful and the prices are very reasonable. I would definitely recommend for an evening of a similar sort. Thank you very much for such a great evening and being so considerate towards us!

This proved to be a scruffy hotel with tired decoration nothing like the pictures. The overall effect of the room entered was dim and dismal. The wallpaper was peeling from the wall and the grout in the bathroom cracked and dirty. The cream carpet looked grubby. I decided I couldn't sleep in the room and tried to get my money... More

We stayed for two nights due to attending a family wedding. The room was surprisingly comfortable and clean, with towels, little toiletries and tea, coffee and hot chocolate provided. Although the TV was good quality, the remote didn't work but that wasn't a big deal. We had a drink in the guest lounge, which sadly wasn't up to the standard... More

We booked the whole hotel for wedding guests, the communication was terrible, nobody seemed to know what was happening, the actual hotel is discusting, very worn and dated, the rooms to be fair were clean. We arrived back late at night after the wedding to a very angry manager threatening to throw us out as one of the rooms hadn't... More

The room were clean upon arrival. Plenty of amenities to use and easy to park your car as well. The toilet roll was nearly empty so I had to go down to the reception late at night but there were no services available :( This is suitable for a short stay or someone who wants to make a pit stop.... Went there for a meal. Worst place I have ever been.Only 4 other people there on a Friday evening. Service terrible due to the young waitresses not seeming to know what to do. Had to get cutlery and condiments from another table. Only wine was warm and sweet , no beers or ciders. Poppadoms , when they came , served... More

Me and the family stayed here for a few days, the rooms are nicely decorated and have a warm feeling to it. They also had a Indian restaurant that we eat at in the evening, the food was delicious and the service was great. Would definitely recommend staying here.

A nice decor, and nice people ...... BUT wifi weak and intermittent, AND more importantly, the power shower (in room 4 at least!) is positively dangerous, however we tried to regulate it the water was either scalding hot or stone cold. For an older person, or a child, this could be catastrophic. There was no-one on duty when we left... More
