We booked into this Premier Inn as we could not get into the one in Llantrisant, which was closer to where we were actually visiting. The reception staff were very pleasant and helpful but it was a cold night and the room wasn't very warm when we arrived. We turned the heating up and things improved but the heating went... More

Couldn't fault the room or breakfast which was the best I've had in any Premier Inn. Car parking could have been better but that's the guests' bad parking not the car park's fault. Staff friendly and accommodating at all times.

The bed was so comfortable and the room was in a great spot so could not hear the noise of the traffic. Check out wasn't too early so we were able to sleep off our hangover from the wedding we attended.

Stayed here 2 nights. Staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough for you. Rooms were immaculately clean and much larger than expected. The restaurant staff were also very accommodating especially with my fussy little one, very friendly, welcoming and pleasant. Would without doubt stay here again.

Very impressed with our stay. It was the first time we had ever stayed in a Premier Inn, but it won't be our last. The hotel was a little difficult to find when coming off the M4. Better signage is needed. Loads of parking. The staff were excellent, friendly and professional. The size of the room was great. Mirror over... More

Stayed a number of times at this Premier Inn and never had any complaints. Everything was very good, even the weather was on our side this time. The staff are very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Plenty to see and do in the surrounding area. Will be back !!

Good sleep good food but a long drive on motorways always under repair ! This hotel had good easy parking and a nice cosy restaurant next door. Very little noise fro outside and handy for the nearby M4

This hotel has a bath + plus a shower. Great to wallow in the bath! While the other premier Inn at McCarthur glen does not have a bath. The breakfast was good with proper coffee! I like the restaurant because of the large amount of space. You feel each area is private and you are not listening to other conversations!
