Easy access from the M4, glad didn't chose the food options availed in the attached pub, although there were plenty of staff about the service in the bar was terrible and both nights we stayed it was quiet, so no excuses there.

Very handy location just off the M4 junction 35. Have stayed there about six times and always found the staff extremely friendly and helpful. The car park does get full but there is some overspill outside the pub.

I had to book last minute after a last minute business trip to the area. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the food from the restaurant was very good. If I have to return to the area for business or pleasure I will definitely book to stay here again

Premier inn have a standard room and lay out and are pretty good. This is one of the better ones I've stayed at. The main reason are the friendly and professional staff. Food was better than usual and the waiting staff were attentive and friendly. Some of the other Premier Inn should stay here to see how it's done.

Staying overnight prior to a junior rugby fixture. Room was perfect for a family of four for our night's stay. Room clean and comfortable, staff friendly and helpful. Would return. The 'space making' shower curtain (on a curve) made a comfortable difference of not getting tangled!!
