My husband and I (I'm writing under his account) spent four nights at the lovely Inn at San Pancho (aka the Gata Gorda) in late November. After a travel fiasco that delayed our trip by a few days (entirely my fault), Eileen greeted us warmly and graciously. She was the perfect host: available but always respectful of our privacy, warm,...

Eileen and Tory have a magnificent spot in San Pancho and are so welcoming and accommodating. We loved the quiet and cozy property with all the comforts of home and close proximity to town. We will be back....Muchas Gracias amigos!!! Win and Cinda December 2015

Sometimes you luck out and discover a spot that just fits. San Pancho is authentic Mexico, not overrun with tourists, a town with a warm, welcoming vibe. The Inn has a similar feel with dynamic hosts, Eileen and Tory. Clearly they want you to love SP as much as they do. Situated at the end of a neighborhood street, high...

We cannot say enough good things about this lovely Inn on the hill in San Pancho Mexico! The location was perfect to get to town easily and to the beach, a bit off the beaten track from the middle of town, very quiet (except for the regular roosters crowing!) and just fabulous. Eileen and Tory, the Innkeepers were just delightful...

Hands down, this was *the* best place my family of four has ever stayed for a vacation. The Victoria Villa was perfect...everything from the comfort of the beds, to the living spaces -- inside and out -- to the fully equipped kitchen, to the incredibly healing/relaxing/rejuvenating salt water pool. Perfect! Yes, it was hot. But it was also the first...

This was the first time I've been to Mexico and the 6th time for my partner and we both loved it here. The warm, clean, and comfortable rooms were such a great place to come "home" to after a day out at the beach, bird watching, or shopping. The deck was a gorgeous place to spend time in the morning...

This is our second stay with Eileen, Tory, and cat's Begger, and Fabio. There is nothing about our stay that was typical. Everything and everyone together make the Inn extraordinary and fantastically relaxing for the mind and soul. From walking downtown and sitting at the lunch counter-which we somehow missed last time-to swimming in the saltwater pool, or just lying...

Everything about this inn is ideal, from the location (high atop a hill away from the bustle of town, but just a 15 minute walk from the beach, shops and restaurants) to the serenely landscaped gardens and pool, to the high-spirited, accommodating hosts, Eileen and Tory. The town itself is welcoming, human-scaled and felt safe, while not in any way...

This was my third year at the Inn and it only gets better. Eileen and Tory, our hosts, are so friendly and generous with their time. They tell us about the new restaurants in town, call us cabs and make us feel at home. The ocean this year has been awesome. Generous sandbars at the south end of the beach...
