Nice hotel, well located directly on the beach, with competitive rates and very clean rooms and amenities. Pool and beach services were just perfect. Hotel and banquet staff professionalism and attention was remarkable. Great stay!

Service was not good, specially room service. Missing cutlery, wrongly done beds, bad cleaning. Rooms were fine, but they have signs showing low maintenance. People at front desk weren’t so kind. Beach service was fine, restaurant, was fine. Just that, not many options in the menu.

The hotel it’s in a good location, but too expensive for what you get. Rooms are very small. There were 4 of us on our booking, but it’s like they had a hard time acknowledging it. When the room was assigned to us the pull out sofa still hadn’t been taken out. We had to call to remind them we had two kids who were supposed to sleep on that. They arranged it and when we got back to the room, there was only one pillow: again, 2 kids! Call them again… The kitchen had the bare minimum: 2 pots, no pans, a few plates, no bowls and also not much cutlery. The first few days we had to take turns with the spoons at breakfast since we only had two. After asking 2/3 times we got a couple more. Half week, housekeeping decided to take away the sheets and the douvet on the kids sofa. Call them again, they brought us the douvet but no sheets, we gave up and stayed with just the douvet. The mattress on the sofa was hardly a mattress, luckily the 2 kids were sleeping there, 2 adults would have had severe back pain sleeeping with the springs in you back. The don’t have a service elevator, so you have to share the 3 they have with house keeping making the wait times long. Housekeeping had weird hours, sometimes they would clean the room in the morning, sometimes late afternoon. The swimming pool is very small, but we very much appreciated the service on the beach with the towels and 2 beds assigned per room. All in all we felt it was really too expensive for what you got. So I decided to give this hotel another try. We had a nice layout, but the door between a standard double bed room and the one bed suite wasn't able to be propped open without using the bar stool. I traveled with my husband and four children. the hotel service was good except having to wait for longer periods of time for blankets and a new knife....but they are short staffed so that's understandable. the beach is beautiful, the beach service was good as well. the location is perfect as restaurants all within walking distance. Aventura mall a short drive away. valet was kind, except a scuff appeared on the rental we had....thankfully nobody saw it. would have loved to have had an ocean view room as we did a partial view and we got the view of the nasty practically abandoned condo building next door. all in all, i would stay here again. we already figured out the elevator situation from our last visit. maid service doesn't speak English, but if you are lucky, you'll get one who does and then you can ask for extra towels. carpeting wasn't vacuumed on the daily, so we were stepping on sand from the beach the days we got sun.…

The hotel is a little old but is very clean and staff is really great. Will come back again. But wish small dogs were allowed here so we could travel with entire family. Overall great stay and I was happy to be back.

We booked a suite which was comfortable for our family of 5. Right across the street there is a walgreens and a few other markets and shops like a starbucks. We didn't realize when booking how far away it was from some ares of Miami (45 minute uber ride to south beach and down town). An Avis is in the hotel next door and may be a cheaper alternative to taxis. Beach was great. Pool wasn't huge but was nice. Overall a good stay.
