One bedroom apartment i just wish we got to stay longer than one night. The apartment is fully self-contained with a small balcony. Excellent standard of service, cleanliness and facilities. Overall thoroughly enjoyed stay and will be staying again.

Room very clean, modern. I love the internal lounge areas. Very easy connection driving to Blacktown and Dean Park by car. Friendly staff. Microwave in the room is a plus for a quick breakfast or in room meal.

Room was a good size, clean. Would like to see café open on weekends, even if it is only until 12mday. Maybe beds need an upgrade or mattresses turned regularly, to ensure one side is not lopsided. Staff friendly.

Stayed for a week for a course. Booked one bedroom apartment. Don't really expect an apartment, it is the same size as a hotel room, with a wall around the bed, and a small kitchenette (equipped with a small oven, a small dishwasher, a med size fridge, and a washer and dryer). It was very small, but I got used...

A great place to stay for a few nights. It is better to stay on week nights as you can have breakfast or a meal but just not on weekends, since the restaurant is not open weekends. The room was lovely and clean and tidy and the shower was also good.

Good location to stay for Business. Room was a good size, clean & relaxing . The room I stayed in had a separate bedroom which is always nice. Staff were attentive and pleasant. Good onsite parking. Cafe in reception for a quick breakfast to start the day.

Great accommodation except for the fire evacuation - no information or apologies from staff. Had to negotiate fire stairs from 5th floor with disabled husband. Rooms very modern and exceptionally clean. Fantastic parking too! Hard to get to the shopping centre - footpaths closed.

Great hotel. Very clean and walking distance to shops. staff are helpful. check in staff were excellent but the check out staff seemed apathetic and dreary. These were the same people who, during their shift, evacuated everyone because of a fire alarm and then didn't bother to apologise for the early inconvenience. Otherwise, staff were fantastic on every other occasion.

No food and uncomfortable beds The fact that this hotel does not offer any food service not available on the weekend is very poor ,after traveling all I wanted to do was to order some room service and as it was Friday night the cafe was closed !!

Great stay, easy to get to location and suited my purposes for travel. Complex was clean and has a modern feel. Staff were friendly and the Café offered nice meals, not impressed by the room surcharge for meals. Room was comfortable and clean and suited my needs for this travel........................................................................................................................................................................................
