This is an old hotel. Rooms are dated, in need of remodel. Spacious rooms. Lots around. Great views. Convenient to airport and downtown Sidney. Have to pay for wifi and not fast. Friendly staff. Great for families.

We stayed for just a day to escape the relentless heat and still be only a few meters from the ocean. While the building is obviously very old and trying hard to stay looking good, the service was fantastic, the room was clean, spacious and comfortable. There are endless restaurants, cafés and ice cream shops at your finger tips. The...

Stopped here overnight travelling from London to Gold Coast, booked the hotel to be by the beach which was nice for a walk in the morning. We booked a suite which was large but very very tired, television in the bedroom very bad reception when we wanted to catch the news, room generally a bit grubby, hotel bar nice but...

I have had to stay as there is literally nothing available in Sydney-I stayed here for work about 4 years ago. Didn't think it could get worse but this hotel has succeeded ! As soon as I entered the room it had a horrible stench, like they are trying to hide something. It is making me feel sick to the...

Stayed in early Feb 2017. Rooms are very dated, have musty and damp odours, noisy air con, uncomfortable beds, and an overpriced Room Service Menu. Breakfast was the highlight, very good offering and nice outlook.

We booked the 2 bed apartment for Saturday 28 jan 2018. Apartment is roomy with 2 bathrooms. The rooms and are in need of updating. The bar bridge was turned off. No remote in main bedroom which was old analogue style. Flat screens in lounge room a and other bedroom. This hotel is stuck in the 1980 and desperately needs...

We decided to stay our last night in Sydney before flying back home. It was very expensive for an interconnecting family room so I thought it would be a treat, but on arrival we were sadly mistaken. We were given a room on the 10th floor and as soon as we got out of the lift a strong damp musty...

The rooms are very dated. Mouldy and corroded bathroom. Cigarette butt on the balcony. The first room they put us in had a big damp patch of carpet next to the bathroom. The whole room smelled heavily of perfume that they had used to cover up the wet smell, I think. We couldn't bear the perfume smell, so they moved...

We stayed overnight between Christmas and New Years. It's best asset is location. You are close to some really great restaurants. Unfortunately the hotel itself is sad and run down. There's an overpowering perfume smell in the corridors that is attempting to cover other unpleasant smells and the rooms and balcony are in desperate need of an upgrade. The tv...
