We stay at the Parade Lodge every year to go to the January Test match and find that this hotel is very handy to our needs in terms of location and accessibility to the SCG - about a 30 minute walk or 10 minute bus trip. The rooms are clean, comfortable and well presented and the price is very reasonable....

Parade Lodge is a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located family owned hotel in the inner suburbs of Sydney. It is well served by buses to the city, Central Station, and (across the road) the eastern suburbs beaches. Buses to the airport (400 & 410) depart from by the main gate of UNSW, which is a short (10 mins) walk along...

Travelling with 3 students to participate in a schools competition at U NSW. Was able to book a single room for teacher and shared room for students. Accommodation is secure, clean, beds were comfortable. Each room had its own clean and functioning bathroom. Lodge is easy walking distance from U NSW. And on major bus route in and out of...

The room was clean and comfortable, but a little dated. For $120 per night for a double room, it was fine. The floor boards creaked so not sure if the creaking could be heard from the room below so would recommend a room on the top floor as there were two floors. The fridge in the room was noisy so...

Room was quite clean, comfortable, with ensuite and kitchenette. Premises secure. Manager is genuinely friendly and sincere and very helpful. Parade Lodge was an ideal base for seminar we attended at Randwick Racecourse- 15 minute walk. Bus stop 20 metres away. Lots of eateries, and supermarket across the road. Great value for money. We'll stay there again.

I chose to stay in Parade Lodge as it is just a 5-minute walk to UNSW. We stayed here for 1 week as the uni apartment will only be available on the second week of April. The twin room where we stayed had an ensuite bathroom. This was something that was important to me. Other lodges and hotels of the...

this is my second time staying in Parade Lodge and it has been fantastic. Eric and Joanna, the owners are very helpful and friendly. The room is super clean, bed is comfortable with clean and comfortable towel. No wifi though but you can easily buy a pocket wifi from airport so not a problem at all ... The Parade lodge...

Parade lodge is a simple alternative for lodging near UNSW and on the ANZAC parade which means easy & quick bus service to downtown Sydney. The rooms are clean and comfortable but spartan. I found the shower in my room had very little water pressure. Otherwise, comfort was fine with decent heating and cooling.

Very close to UNSW, and bus stop to the city is right outside. All the basics: shower, bed, closet, sink. Also, a heater, laundry (didn't use), and internet (extra). Very accommodating and friendly/flexible staff. I was mainly in contact with them online. Family run.
