A great place for a short break, suitable for both Sydney siders and visitors. The setting is stunning, with views across the harbour to Manly and Middle head. We only stayed one night but managed to snorkel, go for bush walks and visit the lovely little museum at the wharf. As others have said, it's full of history like an...

Q Station is a very unique property with so much history. It does not fit into any Accor category hence some of the advantages of a Platinum Accor member weren't available. The reception was not very helpful or welcoming with no Accor members priority area. The Boiler House restaurant was excellent with great food and service. I would rate this...

First the good , the location and setting is spectacular so close to the city and yet with such a feeling of remoteness. The views are fabulous and the bushland and wildlife ( bandicoots, possums, native birds) are great. The staff were all really friendly and efficient with a special mention to the waitress and chef at the Boilerhouse restaurant....

An amazing and unique place to stay. Full of history, beautifully maintained and stunning views across the water to the city. We stayed for two nights and ate in the boiler room on the first night and had room service on the second. On both occasions the food was delicious. My only small complaint would be about the breakfast. Q...

Stayed here for one night and selected it for its location The website doesn't do a great job of explaining what it is and how it works. You arrive at the reception to be told cars aren't allowed to be driven on the campus. The rooms are spread across a massive area in d renovated outbuildings. Waiting for the shuttle...

Came along tonight to q station for the paranormal investigator tour with Anne and Roman from OZ Tech Paranormal and wow is all I can say. They were so professional and gave slot of information and shared knowledge from their years of experience. I had an absolute blast! I loved the locations we were given access to and would recommend...

Arrived in the middle of an Australian Heatwave. 39 degrees. Hotel has no AC! They said that the website clearly says it doesn't have AC but I have checked and there is no mention of it. Even the NSW government was providing accommodation for people without AC, The room was, therefore, not fit for purpose. They would not refund our...

Staying in Manly

Neighbourhood Profile
Manly
A 40-minute ferry ride from Circular Quay will take you to the famous northern beach of Manly. The beaches here are perfect for learning to surf or spending the day sun-tanning. The walk from Spit Bridge to Manly is a great way to experience Sydney Harbour Bay and the Australian bush land. Along the foreshore, there are plenty of watering holes and wine bars with excellent cuisine. There are plenty of kid-friendly restaurants as well, especially along the family-oriented areas like Shelly Beach. An excellent way to experience Manly is to rent a bike and explore the dedicated bike paths and off road trails. The North Head National Park is another must-see. Located on the southern tip of Manly, North Head National Park offers great bushwalks and panoramic views of the city.
