The whole of one wall of my room was glass with two sliding doors giving access to a private balcony with superb views across the city. Room was very well furnished and extremley comfortable. The balcony was not overlooked from anywhere and had a table and chairs on it so guests can enjoy a coffee or a meal out in...

Not a big property, conveniently located opposite Royal North Shore Hospital.... 10 minute drive to the city and five minutes to local commercial centers BUT nothing much within walking distance. The rooms have been nicely updated and are clean and crisp, the restaurant has a limited menu but the food is actually very good although the service leaves a lot...

It's ok if you need to stay in that area for some reason. There is nothing nearby. The hotel didn't serve lunch on a Saturday (even though the board out the front said breakfast/lunch/dinner served daily!) so we had to pay $10 each way for a taxi to Crows Nest for somewhere to eat. Walls are paper thin. Room was...

Location very convenient to trains and where my family is located. Very comfortable and clean with nice staff. The only downside was that my room was on the main road side of the hotel and therefore rather noisy. Would definitely stay there again.

As a regular guest (every year) I don't want to go over stuff I've already covered in previous reviews. Great to see that free Wi-Fi is now available and I must say the easiest connection I have ever experienced anywhere! well done! I would also like to make special mention of the front of house staff. The receptionist was an...

We were on a business trip with my husband in Sydney and stayed at the hotel for 6 days out of which we left for 2 days to Blue Mountains during the weekend. Overall experience was good other than the loss of some of my clothing that was left hanging at the back side of the bathroom door. I'm certain...

The hotel staff are nice and friendly and the bed is very comfortable. The hotel is getting tired. The showers on the first floor are noisey - sounds like a jet taking off. The rooms on the Pacific Hwy get traffic noise. Higher back rooms >2nd floor get a nice view. Why is only 1 lift working most of the...

This s a beautiful motel, with the most friendly staff. I had my hand and arm in plaster and all the staff couldn't help me more even to the point of cutting my food up for me. The restaurant food was lovely as was breakfast. The room was large and exceptionally clean. The outside looks a little tired but the...
