We spent one night before the great ocean road) well equipped, quite close to the center of barwon heads. No view and quite close from other unit. Reasonable price. Very warm welcome. Better for a stop than a long stay.

Stayed here for two nights in October. The cottage sits in a nice area amongst other cottages and gardens. The cottage was well appointed, we had a double bedroom with en suite, with good water presurre and the second bedrooom had two single beds as per our request with a seperate bathroom in the next room. In the dining area... More

We recently stayed for the long weekend and requested if we could bring our small dog. We were all well accommodated in the Park Cottage which is actually a house further up the road. It was a well loved comfortable home with a lovely fairly new kitchen and bathroom. We had a coonara log fire which was appreciated on the... More

What a wonderful place for an overnight stay. We had a party to attend at the Tin Shed across at the golf course and Seahaven was willing to accommodate us for the night. Most others were a minimum two night stay. Our apartment was fantastic , well appointed , great lounge and the bed was very comfortable. It was a... More

Great to hear that you enjoyed our accommodation. They are all well insulated and heated with quality beds, double glazing - the sort of thing we like when we travel. That's why we have an (official/ professionally assessed) 4 star rating!! More

We had three cottages between 6 people Comfortable and well appointed with log burning fires and a heater as well. Beds comfortable. But questionable cleanliness of blankets and bed spreads. Rooms and especially kitchen drawers, window sills, cupboard shelves need some serious cleaning. Dirty curtains in bed rooms need a good clean along with Vanitian blinds in kitchen. Otherwise, cottage... More

Stayed for one night in a studio which was OK but the other rooms in the complex appeared much newer and attractive. Bed was comfortable and bathroom ok although the sink was in the kitchen area so it was a bit strange to have no basin in the bathroom. Gardens are lovely, I think it was very quite as I... More

Our studios are our smallest accommodation. This one is undergoing an upgrade (although it is only 5 or so years old). we have already added an extra deck + extra planting in the garden and will put in an extra basin and KS bed this winter. Price wise for quite new, double glazed and well heated/ cooled accommodation its about... More

This was our third stay here. This time for almost four weeks. Since our last visit, there is a larger TV, a plus. Unfortunately, the new kitchen chairs are very uncomfortable. Both myself and my 87 year old Dad found the sofa to be very low with little back support. We used the garden chairs as I kept forgetting to... More

Great to have you stay again. Sorry you don't like our Eames chairs. We would have been able to give you substitutes. Ensuite cistern unit was sticking causing an annoying dribble ... quite new too ... but we have replaced it ... no problem now. Our driveways are concreted but we have deliberately used Lilydale toppings (gravel) to enhance the... More

We had a long weekend here in April. The owner David was very helpful. He noticed upon arrival at our room that there was a problem. He immediately upgraded us to another apartment without asking. The new apartment was well equipped. Chocolates in the fridge was a pleasant surprise. Had a spa bath with shower over it. Good kitchen but... More

Having read some of the other reviews, maybe it depends on which part of the complex you stay in as to how good your accommodation is. We stayed in a rear unit (called "The Tower") and it was very, very good accommodation. I saw inside the similar unit right on the street and it was equally good. Our unit was... More
