Could not fault this place. Nice room very comfortable bed and very friendly service. Reasonably priced.Would definitely come here again. Its a bit away from the main road but if is peace you want you get it there. Waking up to the sounds of the birds was delightful.

The hotel was clean and the owner pleasant. Bed was okay but the pillows were a little hard and thin. We did not eat at the restaurant, actually it did not look like it was open on the night we were there.

Stayed in a triple room with 2 adults and 1 child. Room was spacious and beds comfy. Around 4min drive into Healesville township and close to Sanctuary. Pool lovely to cool off in and the playground was a decent size. Didn't eat at the onsite restaurant but the menu looked good with reasonable prices. Have stayed at other hotels in...

Visited for a quiet relaxing couple of days and this is what we got. A great stay close to everything, bush setting, clean comfortable accomodation and the friendliest owner operator family team we have ever seen. We stayed overnight with 2 kids. Was a great motel. Very friendly host and staff and the rooms were large and everything we needed for a quick stopover in Healsville. Is a typical motel style accomodation however the addition of a microwave, clean pool that people actually used and a really good sized room was great. Would highly recommend.

As some of the reviews on here have said, the rooms do need a bit of an upgrade (we stayed in a 3.5 star room) mainly bathroom with a very tiny sink and new carpet. However there were lots of positives: hosts were very friendly, bed was comfortable, pool was lovely and clean, hot shower with good pressure, BBQ facilities,...

I made two incorrect assumptions in regard to this accommodation. The first that "resort" implied superior surroundings and facilities and the second that "deluxe" room meant just that. Not at all. Wrong. Our deluxe room was in fact a very basic double room with aged furnishings faulty air conditioning and revolting mouldy and dirty bathroom. There was no restaurant in...

Good honest motel style accommodation with a large restaurant suitable for weddings and business meetings. Friendly helpful staff (organised our tickets to the Sanctuary with a discount. Food in the restaurant was good but the menu is a decade or so behind the times (still good food but not exceptional).

We stayed for our daughter's wedding weekend - simple room with all we required. Clean and comfortable. Great restaurant with very helpful service. I had organised a group of 23 for a pre wedding and surprise birthday dinner. Nothing was too much trouble. They suggested a set menu and this worked well.
