On arrival, greeted with wanting to write down my credit card details (which I refused to allow) Not told where my room was actually allocated…only that I would hear he and his mum going to the toilet (they live upstairs). Can’t change rooms as apparently booked out. Get to the room…dirty plate on which hand sanitizer sites (what a joke!!). Can hear people in other rooms having a conversation!! This has to be the worst hotel I have been to…where is Gordon Ramsay to fix this hell hole?! If I could give a zero rating I would!

This is our second visit and will definitely return. The location is close to restaurants and cafes. Easy walk to the beach. The rooms are super clean, beds comfy and even though located on 2 roads is was nice and quiet. We stayed 2 nights and in that time the room wasn’t to be serviced however we were asked by the manager if we required anything topped up or clean towels which our towels were replaced immediately. Great value for money. Rooms are dated but clean and comfortable and a great place for a relaxing getaway

Very clean rooms, good service from Jim the owner. The rooms are very quiet and the Motel is close to places to get takeaway or dine in and walking distance to the jetty and beach. Great place to stay.

After being locked down for months - finally getting away to NSW only to be recalled on New Years Eve by 'Dan the Man' - we decided to go 'local' and booked 2 nights at Inverloch for a much looked forward to couples getaway. I rang this motel and spoke directly to the Manager regarding a Queens Spa Suite - confirmed my booking and provided my details and credit card to secure the dates. We arrived in the area early to spend the day on the beach and then check in to our accommodation in the afternoon. After a wonderful beach day (high 30's) we packed up and arrived at our accommodation hot, salty and sandy and very much looking forward to a lovely shower and then head off to dinner. At check in, I was first assumed to be another guest, which I quickly clarified, and then the paper fumbling began - couldn't find my booking, was I sure it was for today, no we don't have you in our system, etc etc. As the place was fully booked, this was a problem. After much insisting, showing my phone record of the day I called, and going back through their diary, my booking was located but it hadn't been entered into the computer - and someone else subsequently booked the room that I was supposed to have had booked for me. I was then told - we have a vacancy next week if you'd like to come back then? Ummm....no, I'll be back at work by then! Saying sorry - well that just isn't enough to compensate for the travelling, loss of accommodation, and loss of holiday. Everything else in the are was fully booked for miles around - so we had no option but to get back in the car and drive 2 1/2 hours back home. NEVER in my entire history of booking accommodation has this ever happened to me. We won't be going back there ever.…

Very comfortable room, very clean and comfy beds. Would recommend to stay, close to main part of town, friendly staff Let something in the room and got a phone call from the staff to say item was found (we were still in town and went back for it) how good was that!

We booked a weekend in the busy holiday petiod directly with these guys and even called to confirm a week before. After a 5 hour drive with young kids we were told the room had been given away due to us cancelling (which of course we didnt) Too late to find alternative so we are heading to Melbourne. Worst beach holiday ever! The manager is incompetent at best.

What a lovely room we had, very comfy lounge & bed, everything about this room was brilliant. Great host as well. Would highly recommend this motel, We ordered cereals for breakfast as well. Gave us suggestions about places to do some sight seeing. Would stay there again .Highly recommend.

Small cosy night at the Inverloch Central Motor Inn. Clean room and bedsheets. Clean bathroom. Quiet to stay for the night. Free parking available in front of our room. Heater worked well. Check in services was great.

Four friends stayed in two rooms, which were very comfortable. They were well equipped with a generous amount of tea, coffee and milk. A micro wave was provided. The room was extremely clean and the bed was comfortable. Hosts were friendly and a wealth of information. Good option for exploring town, easy walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach.
